An independent school for girls in grades 6-12 guided by the teachings of the Catholic Church Montrose School was founded in 1979 and is located in the welcoming community of Medfield 17 miles southwest of Boston. Montrose School attracts a talented and growing student population from over 50 towns and communities. The students and their families as well as the faculty and staff are noted for their commitment to the schools mission educating young women who are called to greatness.

Montrose School seeks to appoint an experienced middle or upper school math teacherto join our professional learning community starting inAugust 2026. The successful candidate will be an accomplished educator with teaching experience in the courses of pre-algebra through pre-calculus. This innovative educator who brings a passion and enthusiasm for helping adolescents acquire a high level of proficiency in the subject matter are the qualities and skills we seek. We seek teachers who are passionate about their subjects and dedicated to guide students in strong academic habits and are committed to collaborating reflecting and growing in their teaching practice. Strong applicants should have significant coursework in a relevant subject a masters degree is preferred but not required an interest in curriculum development an appreciation for all-girls education and at least three years of classroom experience is preferred.
