Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining and preparing media equipment including cameras lighting and audio equipment
Supporting teachers during practical media production lessons
Managing digital editing software and computer systems used for media production
Assisting students with filming editing and production projects
Maintaining media studios and production spaces
Managing equipment storage and resource organisation
Ensuring all equipment is functioning safely and efficiently
Supporting school productions filming projects and events
Updating media resources and managing equipment inventories
Supporting staff with technical aspects of media teaching
The role requires strong technical skills and the ability to support students working on creative projects.
