Overview:

Overview

  • The Cardiovascular Service Line (CVSL) Operations Coordinator provides operational administrative and project coordination support to the cardiovascular service line leadership and team members. This role serves as a central coordination point for service line initiatives assisting with project tracking meeting coordination documentation vendor management and administrative support to ensure efficient operations across the cardiovascular service line.

    The Operations Coordinator supports cross-functional collaboration helps maintain project timelines and documentation and ensures operational tasks are executed effectively to support strategic service line goals.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination support for cardiovascular service line initi atives and projects.

  • Maintain project tracking tools to monitor timelines deliverables and action items.

  • Assist project leads with coordination of meetings materials and follow-up tasks.

  • Maintain centralized documentation for service line initiatives including project plans charters presentations and reports.

  • Track progress of service line initiatives and provide updates to leadership as requested.

  • Support cross-functional collaboration across clinical operational and administrative teams.

  • Track vendor contracts and agreements related to cardiovascular service line initiatives.

  • Maintain documentation within contract management systems.

  • Coordinate vendor communications and track invoice submissions and payment timelines.

  • Assist leadership with monitoring contract renewal timelines and required documentation.

Education

  • HS Diploma

Certification/Licensure

  • None Required

Experience

  • 2 years clerical experience required
  • Strong multitasking experience with vendor relationships and experience working in high tempo environments preferred.
