AJW Group is looking for a highly organised and detailfocused RFP Administrator to support our sustainability environmental and compliance activities across our global supplier network. This parttime role offers flexibility around working patterns making it ideal for someone seeking a balanced and adaptable schedule while contributing to meaningful environmental and ESG initiatives.
As a key link between our HSE Commercial and Legal teams youll help ensure our suppliers meet essential environmental and ethical standards while supporting AJWs commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Sustainability & Compliance
Audit AJW suppliers for ISO 14001 and UN Global Compact compliance.
Maintain accurate and uptodate supplier sustainability and environmental records.
RFP Environmental Support
Develop and maintain a live RFP Environmental Playbook to support HSE Commercial and Legal functions.
Ensure environmental and sustainability requirements are embedded within RFP processes and supplier assessments.
Audit & Certification Management
Oversee all sustainability and environmental audit renewals including:
ISO 14001
ISO 50001
UN Global Compact submissions
Coordinate documentation evidence and timelines to ensure continued compliance.
Experience in administration compliance sustainability procurement or a similar structured role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage documentation track deadlines and maintain accurate records.
Good communication skills and confidence working with internal teams and external suppliers.
An understanding of environmental standards (ISO 14001/50001) is helpful but training can be provided.
Comfortable working independently and managing tasks within a parttime flexible working arrangement.
A practical steady approach to problemsolving and process improvement.
