As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform we are expanding our hybrid Bengaluru based team. We are looking for a Member Quality Associate to contribute to our mission by improving our member validation systems and providing excellent data quality to our clients.

How Youll Make an Impact:

• Execute and scale validation to drive a better onboarding experience for panel members

• Maintain communication with Panel and Operations to enhance data cleanliness in memberprofiles

• Enhance investigation strategy to improve data cleanliness at the project level

• Ensure alignment across teams by clearly communicating priorities scope and expected outcomes.
• Identifyopportunities to streamline automate and improve howwork flowsthroughKonovossystems.

What Were Looking For:

• Strong communicationskills both written and verbal and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

• High attention to detail balanced with an understanding of broadersystemand business impact.

• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment while navigating challenges collaboratively.

• Fluent (speaking reading writing) in English.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and Teams
