Job Summary

Our customers include over 300 global pharmaceutical companies medical device manufacturers research agencies and consultancy firms.

As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform we are expanding our hybrid Bengaluru based team. We are looking for a Member Quality Associate to contribute to our mission by improving our member validation systems and providing excellent data quality to our clients.

How Youll Make an Impact:

Execute and scale validation to drive a better onboarding experience for panel members
Maintain communication with Panel and Operations to enhance data cleanliness in member profiles
Enhance investigation strategy to improve data cleanliness at the project level
Ensure alignment across teams by clearly communicating priorities scope and expected outcomes.
Identify opportunities to streamline automate and improve how work flows through Konovos systems.

What Were Looking For:

Strong communicationskills both written and verbal and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail balanced with an understanding of broader system and business impact.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment while navigating challenges collaboratively.
Fluent (speaking reading writing) in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
Strong customer instinct. You can clearly and confidently communicate data issues validation decisions and next steps to internal teams or clients while maintaining trust and a high standard of quality.
