Regal Rexnord is seeking a Customer Care Advocate who will provide timely processing of orders received by mail telephone fax or e-mail or personally from customers or company employees. A successful CSA will have relevant experience preferably in a manufacturing environment that is typically fast paced. Works under close supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to customer emails from an employee account and a customer service email account.
Enters and confirms orders received for price within 24 hours of receipt.
Informs customers of any price discrepancies expected ship date anticipated delays and any additional information that may be needed by the customer.
Maintain detailed documentation of orders received and file accordingly.
Follows up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.
Receives and provides timely feedback to the company and the customer on any complaints received.
Answers product questions from customers or individuals.
Ensures that quotes are processed in a timely manner.
Serves as backup for all customer orders received and invoicing needs as required.
Answering phones and talking with customers Heavy phone traffic.
Daily filing
other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent some college or business school preferred.
Prior customer customer service experience
Microsoft Office and basic computer navigating skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior Customer Service Experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience using SAP or Salesforce

Specific vision ability required by this job are related to the use of computers including close vision peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus. Overnight travel less than 10%.
The work environment is mostly in an office setting occasionally maybe in a production setting or outside vendors machine shops.
