Job Summary

Minimum Requirements

An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification) in Legal/HR or related field; A minimum of 3 years middle management experience.



Competencies

Knowledge of the following: Organisation design and performance management in a local government context; Municipal Staff Regulations for staff below S56 and related legislation; Public sector reporting procedures; Human Resource Management; Research and analysing; Skills in the following: Communication (written and verbal); Proven computer literacy in MS Office packages; Presentation skills; Policy analysis and development; Project management; Leadership; Report writing; Ability to interpret and apply policies.
