Job Summary
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 5 years of Business Analysis experience in Payments with at least one full-cycle Zelle implementation successfully completed.
Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of P2P payment rails ISO 20022 messaging and US payment clearing systems (ACH RTP FedNow).
Technical Proficiency: * Hands-on experience with API documentation (Swagger/Postman).
o Proficiency in SQL for data mapping and transaction troubleshooting.
o Strong familiarity with JIRA Confluence Visio for process mapping.
Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management; ability to explain complex technical hooks to non-technical business leaders.
