Job Overview

We are seeking a Tosca Automation QA Lead with strong experience in P&C Insurance to oversee the design development and execution of automated test scripts using TOSCA.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of QA engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement test automation strategies using TOSCA aligned with project and business goals.
Define scope objectives and priorities of automation testing for P&C insurance solutions.
Lead mentor and manage a team of QA engineers.
Collaborate with QA leads developers and project managers to build test plans scenarios and automation scripts.
Oversee execution of automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects.
Design develop and maintain TOSCA automation frameworks and scripts.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Track and manage defects using defect management tools.
Develop and maintain regression test suites.
Provide status updates to stakeholders on testing progress and issues.

Required Skills

Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Software Engineering or related field.
10 years of experience in Software QA with strong automation testing background.
Proven experience leading QA teams preferably in the Insurance domain.
Strong expertise in TOSCA automation testing.
Experience with Java C# or Python for automation scripting.
Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.
Experience integrating automation tests with CI/CD tools such as:
- Jenkins
- Bamboo
- Azure DevOps
Experience with Git or other version control systems.
Experience with test management tools such as:
- HP ALM
- Jira
- Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Rally
Experience in Agile environments with onsite offshore teams.
Strong analytical communication and leadership skills.
