Description

We are an opportunity for a Lead HR Services Administrator to join us at Honeywell Aerospace in Krakow. You will manage HR operations employee data and compliance enhancing workforce management and productivity through process improvements. By providing efficient and effective HR support you will contribute to creating a seamless employee experience and enabling the success of our workforce. Your ability to identify productivity and cycle time improvement opportunities will drive continuous improvement in daily operations and projects ultimately enhancing the efficiency of HR services.

This is a hybrid role 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.

Honeywell Aerospace products and services are used on virtuallyeverycommercial defense and aircraft engines cockpit andcabin electronics wireless connectivitysystems mechanical components. Ourhardware and software solutions help create morefuel-efficient aircraft more direct and on-timeflights and safer skies.

Responsibilities
  • Process HR transactions related to full employee lifecycle (onboarding offboarding changes in employment status and other HR related activities)
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Working closely with other department like Payroll Finance Government Relations Talent Acquisition etc.
  • Stay informed about HR laws regulations and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance the efficiency of HR services.
  • Maintain accurate records of HR transactions and inquiries


Qualifications
  • 2 or more years of experience in HR domain with a focus on HR operations and service delivery
  • Fluent in English and Polish language any other European language is a huge advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies procedures and best practices
  • Strong command of Office 360 tools (Word Excel PowerPoint )
  • Experience in managing different HR systems and data with proficiency in HRIS software
  • Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality HR services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment managing multiple priorities
