Job Summary
Serra Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mobile Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Sylacauga this role you will play a key part in managing and coordinating mobile service appointments ensuring efficient scheduling and excellent customer communication to enhance overall service experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule mobile service appointments with customers and technicians.
- Manage daily scheduling to optimize technician routes and minimize downtime.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding appointment details updates and any changes.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments customer information and service notes.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely and high-quality mobile service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in scheduling coordination or customer service preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with scheduling software and Google docs.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and resolve problems quickly.
