How Youll Contribute

As a vital member of our team you will:

• Provide guidance and coordination to all disciplines involved in MDS components.
• Maintain current working knowledge of Medicare criteria and serve as a resource for nursing staff regarding regulatory updates
• Stay informed on MDS updates and the most current RAI Manual.
• Assist in the development monitoring and presentation of internal quality measures and initiatives
• Develop methods for data collection and extract data as required for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote monitor and evaluate compliance with residents treatment plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Current RN licensein the state of North Carolina (or compact license)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN)from an accredited nursing program
• MDS Certification within 3 years of employment
• Basic Life Support (BLS)certification from theAmerican Heart Association(required)
