Security Access Control Coordinator
Overview
We are seeking a detailoriented and highly organized Security Access Control Coordinator to support our corporate security operations. This role is responsible for managing access inquiries maintaining accurate credentialing processes and supporting largescale security initiatives in a fastpaced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Respond to accessrelated emails ticket requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner meeting global KPI expectations.
-Support access control operations using systems such as Lenel.
-Utilize and monitor CCTV platforms (ExacqVision experience is a plus).
-Assist with large-scale badge management projects including global badge reprints shipping tracking and employee correspondence.
-Maintain accurate documentation and records related to access and credentialing.
-Collaborate effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders across the global Securitas portfolio.
-Coordinate scheduling tasks and support daytoday security administrative operations.
-Manage multiple highpriority tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
-Strong verbal communication written communication and analytical skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint Teams).
-Experience using Slack for internal communication.
-2 years of security supervisory experience ideally within a corporate environment.
-Experience with scheduling coordinating or administrative oversight of security functions.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced highvolume environment and adjust quickly to shifting priorities.
-Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of an organization and maintain a teamoriented work style.
Preferred Qualifications
-Access control system experience especially Lenel.
-CCTV system familiarity ideally ExacqVision.
-Experience supporting global or largescale operational projects.
