Job Summary

The Sourcing Consultant supports talent acquisition efforts through proactive relationship-based outreach to build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines. This role focuses on identifying engaging and nurturing talent across multiple role categories while supporting the development and maintenance of sourcing tools projects and processes that strengthen recruiting outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR or business/communications related field
Three (3) of experience in recruiting sourcing or a related talent acquisition function.

Preferred Qualifications

SHRM or HRCI or other applicable certification
Five (5) years of experience in recruiting sourcing or a related talent acquisition function.

Skills

Demonstrated experience with relationship-based candidate outreach and engagement.
Experience supporting multiple recruiting or sourcing projects simultaneously.
Strong research and communication skills.
Ability to analyze talent market data and translate insights into sourcing strategy.
Proficiency with talent acquisition tools platforms and tracking systems.
