Description

As a Sr Benefits Analyst here at Honeywell you will play a key role in managing and analyzing our employee benefits programs. You will be responsible for ensuring that our benefits offerings are competitive cost-effective and aligned with our overall business objectives. Your expertise will help us attract and retain top talent by providing comprehensive and attractive benefits packages.

In this role you will impact the overall employee experience by ensuring that our benefits programs are well-designed effectively communicated and efficiently administered. Your work will contribute to the well-being and satisfaction of our employees which is critical to our success as a company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze benefits data and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Make recommendations to enhance the overall benefits package
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely and accurate administration of benefits programs
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and provide guidance on available options
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in benefits management software and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in developing and implementing employee communication strategies regarding benefits.
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations candidate must be a U.S. person which is defined as a U.S. citizen a U.S. permanent resident or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
