As the Operations Supervisor for Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services the position is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of outpatient rehab programs the scheduling of staff and patients the assignment of ancillary staff in a support role and maintaining core staffing in rehab areas.

They will also be responsible for overseeing patient volumes and patient and staff satisfaction. Works closely with Director Non-Invasive Cardiology and Trauma Services.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors or masters degree in medical/science field of study required.

  • NY state Nursinglicense or ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist certification required.

  • 5 or more years of Cardiac and/or pulmonary rehab programs preferred.

  • Strong leadership abilities with effective communication interpersonal and organizational skills required.

  • Strong PC computer experience.
