This role supports the successful delivery of clinical research at UniSC. As Project Manager you will lead the coordination and delivery of clinical projects across assigned UniSC Clinical Trials sites ensuring they run smoothly efficiently and to the highest standards. Overseeing the full project lifecycle the role brings together people processes and resources to support successful trial outcomes. Along the way there may be opportunities to guide and support administrative technical or professional staff helping foster a collaborative environment that enables high-quality research and meaningful impact for our communities.

Our ideal candidate is an organised and thoughtful project professional who enjoys bringing people plans and purpose together to deliver meaningful outcomes. Youre comfortable coordinating complex clinical projects balancing timelines quality standards and regulatory requirements while keeping teams aligned and informed. With sound judgement and a proactive mindset you identify risks early support practical solutions and help projects stay on track.
You value collaboration and build strong relationships with investigators clinical teams and partners across the network. Your approach is structured and solutions-focused and you take pride in establishing clear plans processes and tools that help teams work effectively. Most importantly youre motivated by the impact of clinical research and the role it plays in improving health outcomes for our communities.
