- Map real workflow bottlenecks
- Turn feedback into structured feature requests that land on the product roadmap
- Own a project end-to-end for example: spot a drop-off in our onboarding flow diagnose why and ship a fix

Practical Requirements / Eligibility:
- Currently enrolled in a Masters programme in Business Engineering Management or a related field
- At least one prior internship (ideally in a start-up scale-up or consulting environment or larger company in product management sales or engineering) or strong extracurricular activities (that demonstrates management skills and drive)
- Strong analytical mindset
The Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with product management tools (Notion Linear)
- Interest in dental medtech or hardware/software ecosystems
- Experience working closely with a sales team

- You own your work and follow it through

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Valid work authorization in Belgium
