パイプラインストラテジー部門はJPBUジャパンファーマビジネスユニットの中長期的なビジネス成長に直結するパイプライン戦略を主導する専門組織です日本の医療制度規制疫学を踏まえ社内外のインサイトを統合しながらグローバル戦略との整合性を確保し将来の成長機会を創出する役割を担います
また外部アセットの探索評価Search & Evaluationを統括し事業開発機会の管理および投資判断に資する分析を実行するほかEarly DevelopmentからLaunch Excellenceに至る部門横断の戦略統合とプロセス最適化をリードします
加えてグローバルおよび国内の意思決定ガバナンスにおいてJPBUを代表して戦略的議論を主導しJPBU President および Leadership Teamの意思決定を支援する情報提供と洞察の提供を行います
職務内容
本ポジションはJPBU の成長戦略の要である パイプライン戦略ビジネスディベロップメントBDLaunch ExcellenceLE の統括責任を担います
主な職務
日本市場特有の成功要因リスクを可視化し新製品戦略NPPを主導する
Early / Pre-Commercialization に向け部門横断の対話をリードし戦略を統合する
日本の LE Project Management Office としてLE 活動の全体推進ガバナンス構築を行う
市場動向競合分析に基づき外部アセットの探索評価Search & Evaluationを統括する
日本の BD 機会を一元管理しシニアマネジメントへの迅速な報告承認取得を推進する
グローバルおよび国内各部門と連携しJPBU の長期的な事業開発戦略のガバナンスを形成する
チームの能力開発や役割明確化を通じ組織のケイパビリティ向上を牽引する
応募要件
学歴
4年制大学卒業以上
実務経験
製薬企業または医療系企業における事業開発プロダクトマネジメントまたはそれに準ずる5年以上の経験
コンサルティングファームでの業務経験があれば尚可
マネジメント経験があれば望ましい
海外留学海外勤務MBA/PhDは尚可
スキル
戦略思考ロジカルシンキング高度な情報分析能力
社内外ステークホルダーとの協業をリードするコミュニケーション力
英語での読み書き会話能力ビジネスレベル
パイプライン戦略アセット評価Launch Excellence に関する知識があると尚可
語学
ビジネスレベル以上e.g. TOEIC 800点以上の英語力を有していることが望ましい

Allowances: Commutation Housing Overtime Work etc.
Salary Increase: Annually Bonus Payment: Twice a year
Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30 Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45 (Narita) 8:30-17:15 Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays Sundays National Holidays May Day Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
