As a Senior Product Associate within theBranch Authentication & Identity Area Product team you will contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

The Branch Authentication & Identity Area Product is modernizing secure seamless futureready experiences across all branch touchpoints through a multiyear roadmap partnering with crossLOB teams to enable critical activities such as servicing transactions lobby management system access communications and forms. Were seeking a Senior Product Associate to deliver authentication solutionsincluding biometrics digital credentials and omnichannel experiencesfrom concept through launch. You will drive discovery enhance customer and employee journeys improve operational efficiency and futureproof capabilities for a 5000branch network. The role leads endtoend execution challenges the status quo fosters an inclusive collaborative culture across business technology sales and servicing and adapts to change while managing risks and shifting priorities.

Job responsibilities

  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Supports the collection of user research journey mapping and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Analyzes tracks and evaluates product metrics including work to time cost and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Writes the requirements epics and user stories to support product development
  • Deliver prioritization of high value authentication and identity features (biometrics digital onboarding secure transactions) by applying foundational product/customer knowledge and aligning business and user needs with strategic objectives
  • Translate customer and employee insights into agile deliverables by creating documenting and refining user stories and acceptance criteria; identify and resolve requirement gaps to ensure stories are development ready
  • Collaborate with Product Owners technical leads and cross functional partners to define scope and priorities coordinate sprint planning and maintain alignment across development application and business teams
  • Lead backlog and delivery execution by managing Jira/Confluence sequencing work and supporting QA/testing through test development participation and clarification of acceptance criteria
  • Serve as the authentication and identity subject matter expert engaging stakeholders to surface pain points and drive innovation opportunities

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Possess a BA/BS or equivalent education/experience.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms aligned to strategic goals.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences tailoring verbal written and presentation detail appropriately.
  • Synthesize large volumes of information to inform decisions and drive work forward.
  • Organize prioritize and multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Lead through ambiguity and organizational change in fast paced collaborative cross functional settings while seeking and applying developmental feedback.

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

  • 46 years of product management experience (branch experience is a plus)
  • Minimum BA/BS or equivalent education/experience
  • Possess an innovative mindset to shape the future of branch authentication and identity delivering secure efficient and seamless experiences for our customers and employees
