Revolution is looking for a Automation Team Lead to join our team in Lubbock TX. This position is crucial for maintaining and repairing bale tying and packaging equipment at customer locations across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate can work independently and collaboratively follow instructions accurately and use sound judgment to troubleshoot and repair equipment ensuring production moves efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years experience in electrical pneumatic andhydraulics.

• Must have a basic tool set wrenches (open-end socket and allen types)screwdrivers (flat- and Phillips-head in various sizes).

• Demonstrate the ability to oversee various tasks and perform necessarypaperwork.

• Must know or be capable of learning how to service and repair programmablelogic controllers (PLCs).

• Occasionally lift weights up to 45 pounds to shoulder level.

• A clear Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) as part of the application requirements.

• Troubleshoot equipment or machine problems & repair/replace components asrequired.

• Travel up to 50% during peak season.
