On a typical day you will:

• Lead all aspects of a large-scale and complex project monitors activities allocates resources drives strategic planning and assigns tasks to ensure targets are met

• Identify and participate in process improvements initiatives

• Partner with Local PM to oversee and manage the lifecycle and operational aspects of Skyrise major projects

• Work with internal departments and HRCLC to ensure project completion

• Contribute to the development of project plans action trackers and delivery schedules

• Focus on identifying project problems and strategizing resolutions

• Ability to travel up to 10%

What you will need to be successful:

• Working knowledge of New Equipment elevator sales the installation process and elevator components required

• Previous Otis experience in engineering sales project management or supply management

• Experience using Microsoft Office eLogistics and JD Edwards

• Elevator industry experience particularly with New Equipment Skyrise products and elevator construction

• Requires a high school diploma or associate degree (or equivalent 2-year post-high school training) with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
