Administrative Assistant- Early Childhood Education
- Full-time position 40 hours/week
- Schedule: 12 monthsMonday-Friday
- LAOP LevelD -Beginning hourly rate: $20.20 subject to experience

Summary: Responsible for supporting the school building by managing enrollment processes budgeting and daily administrative tasks. Represents the school positively to students staff parents and the community. Performs work of a general nature which assists with the smooth operation of the building.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage all enrollment processes including registration waitlists enrollment communication and maintaining accurate enrollment records.
- Manage day-to-day business operations for all department programs.
- Process invoices receive and post fee payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Send notices regarding tuition and fees owed; post charges and payments to accounts.
- Communicate with families regarding account status through email phone and in-person inquiries.
- Greet visitors and callers provide department information and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding purchase orders and verify orders upon receipt.
- Perform general office management duties including maintaining office equipment and monitoring security cameras.
- Maintain school records and files for the building principal preschool coordinator and related requirements.
- Coordinate and submit building work orders through Master Library.
- Monitor attendance and enrollment using systems such as Infinite Campus and Eleyo.
- Answer and route phone calls take messages and respond to inquiries.
- Occasional evening hours may be required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience in administrative support enrollment management or office/financial coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of budgeting purchase orders and inventory management preferred.
- Proficient with Google Workspace and data management systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work collaboratively with staff families and community members.
