We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our real estate team with daily administrative and operational this role you will assist with scheduling client communication data management and transaction coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented tech-savvy and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars schedule property showings meetings and appointments
- Respond to emails calls and messages from clients leads and vendors
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client and property information
- Assist with listing management (uploading property details photos and descriptions)
- Coordinate real estate transactions including document preparation and follow-ups
- Track leads and support marketing efforts (social media posts email campaigns)
- Prepare reports spreadsheets and presentations as needed
- Conduct online research for market trends properties and competitors
- Provide general administrative support to agents and management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelors degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant administrative assistant or real estate assistant (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Workspace and CRM tools
- Familiarity with real estate platforms (MLS Zillow etc.) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
