PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Excellent customer service and value adding for customers to ensure maximum profitability and satisfaction.

  • Analysing and identifying target clients based on TGF ZAs Ideal Client Profile using the following demographics: annual turnover Industry segment key trade lanes proven growth mode senior management relationships.

TGFs Offering & Industry Knowledge:

  • Provide ongoing market feedback understand our competitive advantage and communication convincingly the benefits of our offering
  • Provide market feedback on product offering and solution design to develop TGFs offering to stay ahead of the market
  • Meet regularly with Line Management to review Sales Pipeline and Opportunities and identify where TGFs Offering and Value-Added Services can be promoted

Problem Solving: Ability to identify and address customer paint points with creative solutions. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and setbacks without losing motivation. Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to market changes new products or evolving customer needs. Presentation skills: Ensure presentations are structured to the clients needs. The presentation should focus on convincing the audience to take action. Encourage participation!
