This position is onsite in Arroio do Meio Brazil.

Where Youll Make a Difference

Contribute to the development and technological enhancement of industrial processes conducting studies and analyses to increase productivity quality and operational performance.
Develop and review P&IDs PFDs mass and energy balances and perform equipment sizing and calculations.
Provide technical support to Maintenance and Operations teams solving complex process-related issues.
Support new product and new process development in collaboration with R&D and Technology teams.
Lead industrial trials for new products ensuring technical accuracy and safe execution.
Lead the development of basic engineering design and coordinate project execution including planning equipment acquisition installation and start-up.
Stay up to date with technological trends and innovations in equipment and processes.
Recommend improvements or modifications in equipment installations and operational methods issuing technical assessments to support decision-making.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering.
Strong technical knowledge in thermodynamics fluid mechanics and heat & mass transfer.
Familiarity with statistical tools for process analysis.
Ability to design and implement process control strategies.
Prior experience in continuous process industries.
Fluency in English.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work analytically in complex industrial environments.

How You Would Stand Out

Six Sigma certification.
Experience with Aspentech tools (simulator InfoPlus 21).
Additional experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
