Title: Field Collection Executive

Summary:
This field role is responsible for visiting customers in assigned areas and managing collection-related activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field work daily travel and interacting with customers. The role requires maintaining proper records of collections updating reports through mobile devices and ensuring timely follow-ups with customers for pending payments. The candidate should be self-motivated disciplined and capable of working independently in a field-based environment.
Responsibilities:
Visit customers/clients in assigned locations for collection activities.
Maintain proper records of collections and customer interactions.
Use a smartphone or tablet to update collection status and daily reports.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding payment updates.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers for pending payments.
Submit accurate daily activity reports.
Requirements:
Comfortable with daily field visits and travel.
Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use a smartphone/tablet for work updates.
Self-motivated and responsible for completing assigned tasks.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Experience: 0 to 2 years in field work / collection / customer handling preferred.
Benefits:
Salary: 15000 per month
Additional Benefits: Food and Travel Allowances as applicable.
