Job Summary

Executive / HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
HQ: Head Office - Kochi
Reporting To: Head – HR

Role Objective
To ensure effective execution of HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment onboarding sales HR support training coordination and accurate data management enabling smooth business operations and workforce stability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment – End to End Ownership
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure.
• Focus and priority on sales hiring.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
• Ensure timely closures in line with business requirements.
2. Onboarding & Induction
• Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
• Conduct and manage induction programs for new joiners.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and track new joiner stabilization.
3. Sales HR Coordination
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for the sales function.
• Support recruitment onboarding and headcount tracking for sales teams.
• Monitor sales attendance attrition and basic productivity metrics.
• Timely preparation of recruitment status reports.
• Analyse hiring and attrition trends and submit periodic insights and reports.
4. Training & Development Coordination
• Identify training needs
• Coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Track participation and effectiveness of training initiatives.
Key Skills & Competencies
Experienced in Recruitment and Hiring process and overall understanding of genralistic HR operations.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail documentation accuracy and process discipline.
Good in MS Excel MS Office
Working knowledge in HRMS platforms will be added advantage
Ability to handle confidential data with integrity and professionalism
