A Product Manager leads the end-to-end roadmap and lifecycle of complex products aligning customer needs with business goals. They analyze market trends prioritize features and lead cross-functional teams (engineering design marketing) to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer & Market Insight: Analyze customer feedback user behavior and competitor trends to identify opportunities.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product from concept through launch and iterative optimization.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead engineering marketing sales and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Evaluate product performance metrics to prioritize the backlog and optimize features.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior product managers and guide team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 1 year as a Product Manager preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with software development processes (e.g. Agile Scrum).
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or a related field; MBA is often preferred.
