Job Summary

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst you will be part of the US Retirement Technology team! You will research and analyze improvement opportunities conducts workflow analysis suggests and facilitates implementation of solutions that meet business needs. You will work with our Business Operations partners to assist with the analysis needs of transformation initiatives!

Position Responsibilities:

  • Research and document issues involving workflow procedures and processes
  • Analyze data and develop creative solutions.
  • Coordinate recommended process changes improvements and product implementations including test plans to ensure successful implementation.
  • Translates business and user requirements into Epics Features and User Stories
  • Conducts review sessions to gain approval of requirements and lead changes through the application of standard control processes and tools

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years Business System Analyst experience
  • In-depth understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies and technological systems
  • Good understanding of the group function including product offerings and service and management structure
  • Experienced using business analysis tools and techniques
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with key collaborators representing a broad range of functions and levels
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level systems and applications

Salary range is expected to be between

$113000.00 CAD - $163000.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training.
