About the role
This position is responsible for overseeing the coordination organisation and management of the Meetings of Council and Councillor addition they will provide administrative support to the Secretariat function.
As this position provides high level direct support to Councillors flexibility will be required for in office attendance that may be higher than the standard requirements across Council.
On a daily basis you will:
Deliver efficient accurate and timely secretariat services including minute taking action and outcomes tracking correspondence management and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
About You
The successful candidate should have minimum of 4 years experience supporting Council Board meetings or Senior Executive Level.

We are offering a 12-month full time term contract for up to April 2027 with an attractive remuneration from $104 610.61 plus 12% superannuation.
