The Opportunity

Were seeking a reliable and detail-focused team member to join a busy Finance and Payroll team on a 6-month contract. This is a full-time role however were open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate.

Youll play a key support role across payroll finance reporting and data administration in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Be Doing

• Provide phone and email support for payroll and admin queries
• Assist with payroll processing including timesheets payslips separation certificates and pay adjustments
• Support finance tasks including accounts receivable receipting manual invoicing PO setup and rate updates
• Assist with reporting including client hours monthly reporting LSL and WorkCover data
• Maintain accurate employee and payroll data including superannuation checks and profile clean-up
• Assist with system testing and updates ahead of new rollouts
• General administrative and ad hoc support across the team

About You

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills (phone and email)
• Comfortable working with systems and data entry
• Previous admin finance or payroll exposure desirable but not essential
• Reliable organised and team-focused
