As a Technical Project Manager III in commercial and Investment Banking Markets you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients employees and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles practices and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships ensuring alignment on project objectives and governance. Job responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans incorporating technical requirements resource allocation and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development quality assurance and business stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with business goals
Utilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies platforms and vendor products for project implementation
Monitor project progress adjusting plans and schedules as needed and providing regular status updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle
Required Qualifications capabilities and skills
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3 years of project/program management
Demonstrated proficiency in financial acumen: budgeting forecasting variance analysis and benefits tracking
Proven experience coordinating DR/BCP testing environment/capacity work and lifecycle refresh efforts
Strong communication and stakeholder management; comfortable preparing executivelevel summaries and facilitating crossteam forums
Proficient with portfolio/financial dashboards and productivity tools; strong attention to detail and data quality
Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate risks propose options and drive followthrough
Preferred Qualifications capabilities and skills
Familiarity with frontoffice trading windows and change risk considerations
Knowledge of operational resilience concepts and audit/regulatory expectations for technology
Exposure to cloud financial management practices (e.g. showback/rightsizing)
Certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 ITIL SAFe or FinOps are beneficial
Experience contributing to business cases and TCO analyses
Experience supporting infrastructure or platform initiatives in a large organization; financial services or markets exposure
