Ecommerce Specialist II

Summary

The Ecommerce Specialist II will perform all functions of a Generalist and Specialist 1 with productivity and accuracy consistently meeting or surpassing Buckle addition primary duties will include any of the following job duties.

Special Hours Required:
Shifts are available Monday - Friday. Flexible start time with an end time of 9 p.m. Saturday: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (3 out of 4 Saturdays required per month)

Training and Education

Train Teammates in all proper procedures and guidelines for all ecommerce warehouse functions.

Collaborate with management on teammate performance.

Special Orders

Process and complete all special orders gift wrap gift card and employee purchases.

Complete problem resolution for items and orders.

Weigh and measure product using dimensional weight program accurately.

Reverse Logistics

Facilitate product flow from corporate inventories to Ecommerce and Ecommerce to retail store locations.

Assist in maintaining all inventories related to recalled merchandise seasonal redistribution and defective or mismatched product.

Communicate with management regarding inventory discrepancies and assist in discrepancy resolution.

Process paperwork for weekly return authorizations for product being shipped back to vendors.

Maintain accurate docuemntation in Reverse Logistics systems.

Perform Allowance Vendor Selections for monthly RTV Lists and analyze reports for monthly reverse logistics processes.

Collaborate with Compliance regarding compliance with vendor contracts defective product and liquidation.

Facilitate the processing of all Return to Shipper or Overgoods packages.

General

Effectively utilize computer systems Bluetooth and RF scanners and other technologies in the warehouse.

Serve as a backup leader in the absence of a Supervisor or Assistant Manager.

Maintain a clean and safe work area and replenish supplies as needed.

Special projects and other duties as assigned in either distribution or ecommerce warehouses which may require travel between sites.

Supervisory Responsibilities

May be required to assist or direct a limited number of Generalist/ Specialist Teammates. Will communicate with necessary parties to make Teammate changes to optimize workflow of designated areas or address issues as they arise.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this Job the Teammate is regularly required to stand for up to 8 hours or more; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The Teammate is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The Teammate must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or more than 60 pounds. Teammate must be comfortable working at heights on a multilevel mezzanine and have the ability to climb multi-level of stairs on a daily basis. Also regularly required to bend twist and turn at waist. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this Job the Teammate is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The Teammate is occasionally exposed to high precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
