Job Summary
Lakeshore Sport & Fitness Elite Sports Clubs Prairie Athletic Club and Union Padel Club are an alliance of family-friendly multi-sport recreation and fitness facilities and in our markets were the #1 destination for sport fitness and fun.
We are seeking a hands-on Director of Finance to oversee accounting payroll and financial planning across our portfolio of eight health clubs in Illinois and Wisconsin. This role leads the organizations financial operations while partnering closely with leadership to support smart decision-making and strong business performance.
This position is ideal for someone with a small-business mindset entrepreneurial practical and comfortable rolling up their sleeves. Youll be responsible for both the big-picture financial strategy and the day-to-day work including accounting operations payroll oversight financial reporting budgeting forecasting and cash flow management.
The Director of Finance will work closely with operational leaders to translate financial data into clear insights that support great club operations and exceptional member experiences.
Location: Chicago (in-person)
