Career Staffing Talent (CST) has partnered with a nationally recognized law firm with a strong technology and life sciences client base to identify a Securities Litigation Associate (4 years) for its growing Securities Litigation & Investigations practice.

This team regularly represents public companies boards of directors and senior executives in securities class actions shareholder derivative suits merger litigation and regulatory investigations.

The role offers direct exposure to high-stakes litigation and government investigations involving some of the most recognized companies in the technology and innovation ecosystem.

What Youll Be Doing

Represent public companies and their directors/officers in securities class actions derivative litigation and merger-related disputes

Lead key components of complex litigation including motion practice discovery management depositions and trial preparation

Conduct and support internal investigations involving accounting issues whistleblower allegations and anti-bribery/FCPA matters

Assist with SEC and DOJ investigations regulatory inquiries and enforcement actions

Work directly with partners and clients while coordinating workstreams across offices and litigation teams

What Were Looking For

4 years of securities litigation experience at an Am Law firm or comparable litigation platform

Experience representing issuers and/or directors and officers in securities class actions

Exposure to internal investigations or SEC/DOJ regulatory matters strongly preferred

Strong writing analytical and litigation management skills

Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to waive in)
