Role Purpose

We are looking for a Platform Sales Associate to join our European Platform Sales team as a high-impact contributor. You will be the engine room of our growth: part high-energy hunter part strategic product expert. If you are as comfortable pitching to a VP-level individual as you are digging into the technical mechanics of a marketplace this is your launchpad.

Reporting directly to the Platform Sales Director in Europe you will act as a force multiplier for our sales organization. You will own the front end of our customer journey creating the pipeline that powers our subscription sales to the renewable energy sector.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Qualifying with Authority
    • Rapid Response & Discovery: Manage and qualify all inbound inquiries conducting deep-dive discovery calls to assess a prospects energy portfolio sustainability needs and technical readiness.
    • Data Integrity & CRM Excellence: Leverage Salesforce as your daily command center ensuring meticulous data hygiene to provide the leadership team with real-time pipeline visibility and better decision-making power.
  • Generating Technical Momentum
    • Strategic Outbound Prospecting: Partner with the Senior Seller for Utilities and Renewable Energy Developers to identify Ideal Customer Profiles and execute personalized multi-channel outreach campaigns that spark interest in our platform.
    • The Win Plan Collaboration: Conduct deep-dive research and assist in the creation of strategic account plans coordinating between the prospects requirements and our platforms capabilities to accelerate the sales cycle
  • Demonstrating the Platform Value
    • Tailored Platform Demos: Build and deliver custom walkthroughs that address the core challenges and objectives that are uniquely identified for each customer.
    • Data-Driven Messaging: Discover the customers business needs and position the best LevelTen solutions or compelling insights (such as regional pricing trends or PPA insights) that demonstrate immediate platform value to sophisticated energy stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel periodically

Qualifications

  • 24 Years of Professional Experience: Ideally in Sales at a fast-faced B2B SaaS environment or the Energy sector.
  • Bachelors Degree Required: Preferred fields include Business Economics Engineering or Environmental Science.
  • Salesforce Power Use: You are comfortable managing leads accounts and reporting with extreme attention to detail.
  • Exemplary problem-solving skills and the resourceful ability to take initiative
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Solid oral written presentation collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
  • Competitive spirit and the drive for results
  • Coachable and thrives in the ever-changing energy landscape
  • Fluency in English
  • Multilingual: Given the focus on the European market fluency in other European languages is a significant plus.
