ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a driven Ads Sales Executive to join our clients team in this position you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through digital advertising solutions supporting Norwegian-speaking clients in achieving their marketing and business objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Connect with Finnish-speaking clients to understand their business goals and advertising needs Design and implement effective sales strategies to promote Google Ads solutions Build trusted long-term client relationships through consultative and value-based selling Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable data-driven insights Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs Stay informed about industry trends and updates within Google advertising products
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelors degree (or equivalent practical experience) Native or near-native Finnish (C2 level) and strong command of English 12 years of experience in sales digital marketing or online advertising Familiarity with Google products such as Ads AdSense or YouTube Strong communication organizational and analytical skills Adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Results-driven mindset with a strong customer focus Genuine interest in marketing technology and digital advertising with a desire to learn and grow
