What we are looking for:

Applications are invited from qualified and enthusiastic educators to join the teaching staff of Catherine McAuley College in the position of Food Technology Teacher. This is a full-time continuing position to commence Term 2 2026 (20th April 2026) or as negotiated with the successful applicant.

The ability to deliver a Cert II in Hospitality would be highly regarded but not essential. The college will provide support to the successful applicant to obtain this qualification if required.

• Eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment

The role of a teacher is to provide quality education and care for secondary school students at Catherine McAuley College. Catherine McAuley Collegeopened its doors in 2022 in order to meet the growing demand for a quality Catholic Education in the Mackay with pioneering Year 7s in 2022 they will grow into a complete Years 7 to 12 profile by 2027.
