150K plus bonus and commission
Overview
A fast-growing mortgage company is looking for a Sales Team Manager to help lead and energize our team of loan officers.
Our business runs on sales. The right person for this role will make sure our sales team stays focused follows the companys proven process and keeps moving deals forward.
This role is about coaching accountability and execution. Youll help producers stay consistent with calls follow-ups and pipeline activity while giving them the support they need to succeed.
If you love building winning sales teams and keeping people motivated and on track this is a great opportunity.
Youre not here to sell mortgages yourself.
Youre here to make the sales team better.
When the producers succeed the company succeeds and this role is responsible for making sure that happens.
What Youll Do
Lead and motivate a team of loan officers
Run weekly sales meetings and pipeline reviews
Keep producers accountable to activity goals and follow-up standards
Coach newer team members and help them ramp up faster
Make sure the companys sales process is followed consistently
Track sales activity pipeline progress and milestones
- Identify problems early and help the team correct course quickly
What Were Looking For
Strong sales leadership or sales management experience
Someone who understands outbound calling and pipeline discipline
A natural coach who enjoys helping others win
Organized and structured you keep systems running smoothly
Low ego high accountability
Comfortable managing high-performing salespeople
