The Receptionist serves as a front-line representative for the New Car Showroom. Answers multi-line phone system. Is responsible for greeting customers as they enter the building answers basic inquiries and directs them to the appropriate party. Ensures a customer-friendly environment and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a helpful professional manner
- Receipt in customer payments
- Stock in new vehicles
- Welcome customers as they arrive and point them in the right direction or connect them with the appropriate team member
- Scanning and filing deals assist in light data entry posting invoices
- Assist general office with miscellaneous duties
- Current valid drivers license is required.
- Ability to commute/relocate: Dearborn MI 48124: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
