Job Summary
An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification) in Labour Relations Human Resource Management or Law; A minimum of 1-year experience within employee relations; A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence.

Competencies
Knowledge of the following: Public Service Act Public Service Regulations Labour Relations Human Resource Management and Conflict Management; Appropriate labour legislation; Relevant discipline grievance and dispute procedures.
Skills needed: Proven computer literacy in MS Office Package (Word Excel PowerPoint etc); Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Written and verbal communication skills.
