We are currently looking for a Sales Representative - Midlands/South. This role will be linked to our Darlington (UK) facility.

The Sales Representative plays a key role in driving business growth within the defined segments by promoting and implementing our products effectively and by providing close value adding support to our customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct technical support to key customers and ensures internal follow up of open actions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Work closely with the sales manager to actively grow the business and identify new commercial opportunities
  • Coordinate the implementation of our products at the customer ensuring successful adoption and maximizing commercial impact
  • Propose actions for sustainable portfolio development and support the expansion of strategic accounts
  • Coordinate complaint investigations to maintain customer trust and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Support analysis of the market landscape to identify trends competitive moves and sales potential
  • Actively contribute to benchmarking activities to enhance our commercial positioning

Key requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in the powder coating industry
  • Solid technical background; experience in product introductions at customers
  • Manual application skills
  • Proven experience working directly with customers in a technical and/or commercial context
  • Proven sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and support business growth
  • Solution oriented mindset
  • Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
  • English language skills; other languages are beneficial
  • General MS Office and computer skills
  • On the road position
