Job Summary

An Exciting Leadership Opportunity

You will own and deliver the European sales plan in line with agreed strategy and budget. Leading distributor partner performance and key account growth you will ensure disciplined execution through strong pipeline management forecasting and CRM best practice while embedding One Sika behaviours across all commercial activity.

Purpose of the Role

As European Sales Manager you will own and deliver the European sales plan in line with agreed strategy and budget. You will lead distributor partner performance selling chemical additives for polyurethane and epoxy products grow key accounts and ensure disciplined execution through strong pipeline management forecasting and CRM best practice.

Qualifications :

The Skills You Bring:

Were looking for candidates who are passionate and have;

  • Proven success driving profitable B2B sales growth across multiple European markets
  • Strong customerfirst mindset translating needs into compelling value propositions
  • Commercially disciplined in pricing margin management and negotiation
  • Confident managing pipeline and forecasts using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Technically grounded (chemicals or technical B2B preferred) with the ability to influence across cultures and willingness to travel
  • Technical and commercial experience in the coatings industry is especially preferred
