Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking product manager with a thorough understanding of todays challenges and opportunities in the fields of Artificial Intelligence & Analytics. An individual with a keen eye for cases where AI can enhance the efficiency performance or user experience of our product and services and demonstrate the improved outcomes. This role is also responsible for driving the roadmap and delivery of platform capabilities that empower our customers to implement their own AI and Analytics use cases.
As a Product Manager you will play a crucial role in creating the product strategy defining new product capabilities based on market needs and executing the delivery of technology and applications to enterprises running life-critical applications on InterSystems products.
You will be working closely with stakeholders from across the organization including thedata & analyticsengineering teams cloud operations sales engineering and marketing as well as key customers ensuring everyone has a common understanding of the specific challenges were facing their relative priority and the solutions were implementing to address them.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers prospects and industry experts toidentifygaps in our portfolio; leverage market research to inform build/buy/partner decisions for addressing those gaps; and build effective working relationships with technology partners.
- Conduct interviews surveys and other research methods to gather feedback from users in various target points and areas for improvement to enhance the overall platform experience.
- Collaborate withinternal customersother product managers engineers architects and other stakeholders across business units to align product development and technology partnerships with user needs and business goals.
- Drive excitement adoption and satisfaction for new product releases by ensuring that InterSystems stakeholders and partners are well-prepared with theappropriate information collateral and messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer scienceengineering ora relatedfield. Advanced degrees or certifications insoftware engineering orproduct management are a plus.
- At least5years of experience withAI & Analytics technologies includingLLMsagent development frameworks businessintelligenceand data visualization tools.
- At least2years of experience as a Product Manager Product Owner or Solution Architect.
- Hands-on experience with Python or comparable programming language and SQLisa must. Able to build quick demos and prototypes optionallyleveragingAI tools to accelerate development.
- Familiarity with database managementdimensional modelling(OLAP)and machine learning techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills able to take projects from a fudgeable start to a fully documented finish.
InterSystems is providing a current good faith estimate of the anticipated base salary range for this position depending on a variety of factors including experience education skills and performance.
Other compensation may include a discretionary annual variable target incentive.
