Financial Support Services Associate
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Financial Support Services Associate to join our clients Finance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high volumes of financial transactions including processing refund/recovery checks creating uploads for checks covering multiple claims/clients handling deposits (domestic and foreign) and managing accounting matching. This is a full-time on-site position.
Compensation Package
- Hourly Rate: $24.50/hr
- Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
- Work Location: On-site in Memphis Tennessee
Responsibilities
- Process refund/recovery checks and create uploads for checks covering multiple claims/clients.
- Handle domestic and foreign deposits file transfers and accounting matching.
- Process ACH requests and accounts payable check requests.
- Address and resolve related ticket requests daily.
- Support the organizations quality programs and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Ideal background for this candidate: Strong analytical organization advanced excel confidence and communication skills.
- SAP knowledge
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Soft skills needed: Time management a must can handle daily deadlines. Great organization and file management.
