Job Summary
Join our team in Grand Prairie TX where reliability safety and precision keep aerospace manufacturing moving. Starting pay: $31.05/hour. Day shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM.

- Do you enjoy diagnosing complex electrical mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic issues
- Are you comfortable reading schematics and translating them into action
- Do you thrive when coordinating with production to minimize downtime
- Can you operate forklifts scissor lifts and SkyTrac safely and confidently
- Do you take pride in clean documentation and a spotless maintenance shop
What youll handle
- Planned inspections and routine maintenance to prevent failures and extend asset life.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and corrective repairs for electrical mechanical and fluid power systems.
- Installation and commissioning support for new equipment.
- Fabrication of parts to support repairs and equipment upgrades.
- Facilities maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives to boost reliability and efficiency.
- Compliance with PPE and lockout/tagout standards to maintain a safe worksite.
- Accurate records of work performed and clear communication of equipment status.
What youll need to succeed
- 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong command of mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and test equipment.
- Ability to read manuals blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail; team-oriented with strong communication.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid drivers license for travel between two plant sites.
- Proven safe operation of forklift scissor lift and SkyTrac.
- PLC exposure preferred.
- Demonstrated urgency in completing tasks.
Physical demands
- Lift heavy tools and components; push/pull 51 lbs. or more.
- Comfort at heights and in confined spaces.
- Ability to stand bend and kneel for long periods.
