Description

The Manufacturing Training & Analytics Lead is a hybrid role that combines hands-on workforce development with advanced data analytics. This position ensures production teams are fully trained compliant and capable while also driving operational excellence through datadriven insights KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Develop and deliver training for production processes equipment operation quality standards and safety compliance.
  • Maintain training materials certification records and competency assessments.
  • Support onboarding and crosstraining to build a flexible multiskilled workforce.
  • Collaborate with engineering quality and operations to ensure training reflects current procedures and best practices.

Data Analytics & Process Improvement

  • Lead data collection validation and analysis to monitor KPIs such as yield downtime throughput and COPQ.
  • Build dashboards and visualizations to support daily management and leadership decision
  • Conduct root cause analysis using statistical tools trend analysis and multilevel Pareto charts.
  • Identify performance gaps prioritize improvement opportunities and support corrective action validation.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor production staff and analysts in data literacy problemsolving and continuous improvement methods.
  • Communicate insights training outcomes and recommendations to leadership in clear actionable formats.
  • Promote a culture of learning accountability and datadriven decisionmaking across the production floor.
  • Develop and manage project plans including estimates timelines budgets and resource allocation.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations training analytics or a related field.
  • Strong communication facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel Power BI/Tableau and statistical analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing adult learning principles and safety standards.
