We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager - BI to join our growing team in this role you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned BI accounts serving as the primary point of contact;
- Analyse client needs and provide expert advice on our products and services;
- Create and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships;
- Conduct regular client meetings and negotiations at senior management level;
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare detailed reports on account progress;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and resolve any client issues;
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities within your portfolio;
- Participate in the development and execution of marketing strategies for the BI segment;
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field
- Proven experience in account management preferably within a business information or Fintech environment
- Strong understanding of the UK BI landscape and business challenges
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities with a focus on long-term account growth
- Self-motivated with a high degree of personal responsibility and a hands-on mentality
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
