Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Design implement and review operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise train and mentor staff fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Financial Management: Oversee operational budgets monitor spending and conduct regular reviews to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with vendors suppliers and internal departments (HR Finance IT) to ensure seamless business integration.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations legal standards and company health and safety policies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven success in an operations management or leadership role (typically 25 years).
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in business software including ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle) and project management tools.
