We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day business activities and ensure peak operational this role you will streamline workflows manage diverse teams and optimize resources to drive productivity and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Design implement and review operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Team Leadership: Supervise train and mentor staff fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Financial Management: Oversee operational budgets monitor spending and conduct regular reviews to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with vendors suppliers and internal departments (HR Finance IT) to ensure seamless business integration.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations legal standards and company health and safety policies.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven success in an operations management or leadership role (typically 25 years).
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and financial reporting.
- Exceptional organizational problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in business software including ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle) and project management tools.
